North Richland Hills Cultural Arts is seeking photographers to submit work for the NRH Grand Hall Lobby Exhibition taking place March 15 through June 14, 2024

Photographers in North Richland Hills and the surrounding area are invited to submit work for the Spring Grand Hall Lobby Photography Exhibition. This spring exhibition will feature one work each by 10 to 12 top-notch photographers. Area creatives are invited to submit one sample by email of their best work between now and February 29, 2024.

 

There is no fee to submit work for this exciting show.

WHO CAN SUBMIT:

Photographers aged 16 and up.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK:

Submissions accepted by EMAIL ONLY. Submissions of original hard copy photographs will be disqualified. 

 

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, February 29 at 11:59 p.m.

Please email a jpeg of ONE photograph you wish to submit to:   sgreen@nrhtx.com

 

In the email Subject Line please write “Photo Submission” and your name.

In the body of the email please include:

​

1. A digital copy of your photo (Digital submissions cannot be larger than 5 MB)

2. Your name 

3. Title of photograph 

4. Dimensions (size) of your work 

5. Your phone number and email so we can contact you if your work is selected to hang in the show.

 

Artists selected for the show will be notified by 5 p.m. Monday, March 4.

Important: 

 

The Grand Hall uses a museum rail hanging system which works with a hanging wire on each artwork.

We’ve found that D rings hang too far forward and sawtooth hangers don’t work at all.

Any photographs selected, therefore, must have a single hanging wire.
